7R Ranch is more than just a community – it's a neighborhood, and any good neighborhood comes with amenities for the locals. When we built 7R Ranch, we hand designed these fine facilities to supplement our community.

Arthur L Ruff (ALR) Center

The ALR Fitness & Recreation Center has a robust offering of facilities and equipment normally not typically found within a gated community.  The fitness center features 6,000 square feet and has a full array of cardio machines as well as free weights and space for aerobics training.  A jetted hydro lap pool, hot tub and steam room are also found in the fitness center.  Large clubhouse style locker rooms with private locker rentals complete the fitness center.

The Cove On Lake McIntire

The Clubhouse found at The Cove on Lake McIntire serves as a beautiful destination location for all landowners. Featuring beautiful furniture and a spacious 1,730 square foot wrap-around porch with rocking chairs, park benches and swings, the Clubhouse sits on the serene shores of Lake McIntire. The clubhouse was designed to facilitate parties and other engagements with a full kitchen, ample seating and flat screen television.

Eagles Nest

Eagles Nest sets the stage. With panoramic views and a lookout over the hundreds of acres of conservation, this is the place to be.   Eagles Nest is fully equipped with restrooms, an air-conditioned look out room, barbeque grill, picnic tables and a beautifully designed top deck to enjoy all that nature has to offer.

Private Fishing Lakes

The lakes found within 7-R Ranch are some of the most beautiful private waters around. All of the lakes are protected as catch and release fisheries and only electric trolling motors are permitted meaning the peaceful charm of the lakes will remain forever.  The lakes offer great fishing opportunities with boats provided for our owner’s free use.  Additionally, only 5 minutes away you will find one of the most scenic recreational lakes in all of Texas at Lake Palo Pinto.
