The Purchasing Process at 7R-Ranch

Come out and take a tour of 7R-Ranch so you can see first hand what the lifestyle at our community is like. You’ll get the chance to see all the amenities and get a feel for what we have to offer. Once you decide on a piece of property that is just right for you we make the purchasing process is very easy for you.

  • A 10% down payment secures your property and may be made with either credit card or a check. The paperwork required is a quick and easy and only takes a few minutes.
  • The remaining 90% can be financed either via your own lender or either of the two that we have established relationships with. The choice is yours for financing. You may also elect to pay cash if you prefer.
  • Once your financing is in process all the title work will be completed by Alamo Title Company and they will work with you to arrange a convenient date to close on your property.
  • After closing you will receive your personal gate code so that you will have full access to 7-R Ranch.
