The Clubhouse at 7-R Ranch

The center of 7-R residential activity, the Clubhouse, serves as a meeting and event hub for all landowners. Featuring custom-made furniture and a spacious 1,730 s. ft wrap-around porch, the Clubhouse sits on the edge of Lake McIntire. Designed by Jim Tapp, the building was designed to facilitate parties and other engagements, with a full kitchen, ample seating and plasma televisions. Adjacent to the Clubhouse is the custom-designed swimming pool built exclusively for landowners and their guests. The swimming pool is perfect for pool parties and family gatherings. Our Conservation Area

The conservation area consists of hundreds of acres that can be accessed through the beautiful, natural canyon entryway. This immense area has been set apart for the exclusive use of landowners and their guests for hiking, biking and horseback riding. Eagles Nest

Whether you enjoy stargazing or watching a beautiful sunrise or sunset, Eagles Nest sets the stage. With 30-mile views and a lookout over the hundreds of acres of conservation, this is the place to be. This is just one of the newest amenities offered. Eagles Nest is fully equipped with restrooms, an air-conditioned look out room, and a beautifully designed top deck to enjoy all that nature has to offer. The Equestrian Center

The Joe Watts Stables were custom-designed by Jim Tapp, and dedicated in honor of the ranch foreman for the last 25 years. It features an indoor and outdoor pen, and a full outdoor arena. The equestrian center is equipped to comfortably board 12 horses, with room for expansion. The facility is staffed 24 hours a day, and ranch horses are available to ride free of charge to all landowners. Back to Videos

Our Lakes are stocked

The fishing at any of the professionally stocked lakes around the community is incredible. The lakes are all regularly maintained and monitored, and fishing is allowed for any landowner and their guests. Back to Videos

The Arthur L. Ruff Recreation Center

7-R Ranch is excited to announce their newest addition, the Arthur L. Ruff Recreation Center. The 11,000 square foot ALR Center is a shining gem among the variety of other amenities already in place. The state-of-the-art facility will include a full work out area, exercise loft, 10 person spa, massage room, hydro pool, men and womens locker rooms, game room, food court, theater, commercial kitchen, private party area, 3,000 sq. ft. pool, and numerous sports fields, including lighted tennis courts and much more.
